Information about these tapes isn't easy to find online. DJ Tommy may or may not be the
same DJ as DJ Ace who was releasing tapes from 1991 onwards. And when i say release
i mean these tapes were probably only available at places like Camden Market and various
independent record shops where they were run off in small numbers with a fantasy art based
inlay and cryptic (and often wrong) tracklist to add to the mystique.
Either way these tapes are seriously well mixed and contained upfront tunes that would have
been circulating at the time.
